Meet Madison

Madison Mackey is a Classically Trained Voice Teacher and Active Opera Singer and Director. She trains singers across the genres of Musical Theater, Opera, Jazz, and more. Her passion is helping students develop their freest and healthiest voice, while helping them grow their confidence as singers, and vision as artists. She has developed her own method of teaching based in Classical Voice Pedagogy and Laban Movement studies, to support and strengthen voices across genres. Madison has sang opera across the United States and has Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Voice Performance from Boston University and The University of Tennessee. She has also choreographed and directed operas across multiple states. She is passionate about storytelling not just through the voice but also with the body and freeing your impulses as a performer.

What I loved about working with Madison is that she allowed me to be fully myself on stage. I am a ham by nature and NEVER had to water down the character at any point to gain her attention or approval. I understand that finding the right fit for a voice teacher is a challenging process. That's why I offer $45 trial lessons where you can see if this studio is right for you. No pressure to commit to future lessons. If you've been thinking about voice lessons for a while this is a safe and judgement free place to step out of your comfort zone.
